Groups are the main sharing mechanism. You create a group, invite others by code, and then share specific items into it — a trip with your travel companions, a Groceries list with your partner, a research collection with a friend.
Public share links bypass groups: a single URL gives anyone the right to read one document, conversation, artifact, or trip.
